All prices mentioned or referred to in quotes or invoices are exclusive of VAT, any other applicable sales taxes and any bank transaction fees which shall be payable by clients.

As a further condition to being permitted to link to the Jobsify Websites, you agree that Jobsify may at any time, in its sole discretion, terminate permission to link to the Jobsify Website. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your Jobsify account or these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
